The dispatcher was polite, said the cab would arrive in 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, he arrived with two other people in the van. No problem. He was friendly and chatty, dropped us off first. But he charged 1/3-1/2 price higher than we've paid in dozens of trips here. So I'd recommend Empire Transportation instead.

The Uber driver who finally came to get us had zero trouble finding us so it all goes to show what horrendous service HA taxi offers. Do not trust him with your travel!
