When they arrived, they refused to drive to the Detached garage because there was grass. I explained the road was previously gravel used by trucks and tractors, but because it had grass on it, they canceled my request and left. I called them back to see why my request was canceled, and they hung up on me without a response. I called AAA to get another towing company that will drive on a gravel road with grass.
