All staff we've ever come into contact with have been INCREDIBLY nice. The building and waiting area is also very clean and nice. I've noticed at other groomers that there tends to be quite a bit of a smell, but have never noticed that here. They are super fast - both times took less than 90 minutes, but I never feel like they cut corners. He always gets a deshed and it's always done beautifully. Bonus points for the fact that every time my boy has gone in, he's come home with a bandana and a bowtie. Literally amazing. Thank you so much for existing in my area!!! Had pretty much expected to shave her since she was living her best life being dirty and free. So we did. It took our groomer about 3 hours to shave her. But when we got her back, we could tell she hadn't been mistreated. There are times when we get her back and she skittish or jumpy. She was perfectly fine. I did ask her to cotton ball her ears so she wouldn't get an ear infection since she's prone to those. She didn't get one. She looks so cute, Is so soft, and smells good.
