Pros: The facility has brightwheel which allows you to observe your child's daily experience…read more Diaper changes, feedings and naps. Cons: My child was sick on a weekly basis. The second week at the center my son had a stomach virus. When I spoke to other parents I learned that he was not the only child with it. However, no communication was made to let other parents know. The last straw for me was when my child contracted RSV from the center the week of his first birthday. I decided that I would take him out. The center requires a two week notice. I was informed I had 15 days to pay even if my child did not attend. In addition, I was charged a $25 late fee for notifying of his departure on a Tuesday. Never did the center offer any concession even though it would be 3 weeks my child was not in attendance. One week he couldn't attend because of the RSV outbreak. On day 15, I was contacted by the director and informed of my remaining balance. I advised her that I could pay two days after the due date. She advised if it wasn't paid by the end of the day she was going to take legal action. When I explained I couldn't make the payment by the end of the day she told me that was none of her concern I feel the director lacks the ability to effectively communicate. Especially when there are possible illnesses that could affect the children. I also feel there is a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this center to anyone.
