The rest of the sales people and the man act like the customers have a bad odor. I don't understand it. I probably spend $2000/year there because I do like their merchandise, but they definitely (other than Lisa) have zero customer skills. You won't get a warm welcome here. Too bad - the merchandise is wonderful, the shop is nice, in a nice building, right downtown. Try everything on well - they do't do returns well.
