Cheyanne didn't care about her feet at all, but she didn't care for the grinder for her front side claws.... But she was very patient and she got out of the van and had her tongue out and looks like she was smiling. We went to Grocery Outlet and got a bag of duck jerky (awesome-only 3 ingredients.... But do not buy the chicken jerky off the internet) !!!! Then we went and ran at Costco field and she was showing off to her friends that she got her nails trimmed. Yes you can go somewhere else and do it yourself shampoo..... but it is a lot of work !!! Pooch's Pawlor does the shampoo and a trim... included. I think I will only give Cheyanne about (2) baths a year.... I don't think it is very healthy to do it unless a situation comes up. Please support this business. My parents brought their Yorkie to Lucky Dog to be groomed (as they have done at least twice before) and the owner/operator told them their dog was neglected. She said she had spoken with another groomer in town regarding one of their past, well-loved pups. The owner also claimed that it was difficult to get money from them when in fact my mom went out of her way, across town to pull out cash to pay her because the owner does not accept credit/debit cards. No one answers the phone number left on the note, no one answers the door when I shout, no one answers when I pounded on the door. After about 15 minutes, finally figured out the phone number to call and was able to get my dog. On the care side, they had washed him for free. He seemed happy and had been cared for. I originally gave Dirty Dog 1 star, but I have decided to change it to three stars. I give the folks who care for dogs 4.5 stars, I give the owner 1 star for his business practices. It a good place to leave your dog for a day, but I would not leave them there for a week or so. To much uncertainty.

Day of second appointment comes, I get a voice message stating that the doc is sick (understandable) and we need to reschedule to two days from now. Ok, seems reasonable enough, I was going to leave work early for this appointment, so getting that message, clearly I didn't have to and with being busy, didn't immediately call them back. I do however, call back first thing in the morning, and was told the next available appointment wouldn't be until another 40 days with a snarky " we called yesterday and you didn't call us back". Deposit has been paid. Yet, because I didn't call You back immediately then that gives you the excuse to push us that far back? For the second time? Needless to say, I'll take the girls some place else. After being recommended this place by a friend, I've given them more chances than they deserved. Absolute nightmare of a scheduling. Here we are, four months later, with a bigger problem on our hands. Two cats, now at bearing age, who haven't been spayed, not due to owner proactiveness but to the absolute nightmare of scheduling at Yokayo.
