The upper floor has home decor, drapery, vinyls, faux fur, drapery rods, and drapery rings. The basement has all the notions and crafts (punch needle, crochet,  embroidery,  knitting,  quilting), zippers, thread, sewing needles, trims, sewing patterns, fleece. The staff are very helpful. There are escalators and one elevator. There is no free WiFi. The store is wheelchair accessible. There are no washrooms. What were we looking for: a soft, but a certain thickness fabric, solid green or blue. We walked down queen st west and this was one of the stores we walked into. It's a mess in here. It's impossible to look for anything. This is pretty common between all the other fabric stores around, but this one was unbearable. You can't even walk through the aisle, oh wait! there's hardly even an aisle. This place was one of the most uncomfortable places to search for fabric. There was two workers at the time when we entered, one was really quiet and really friendly, but kind of didn't know much when we asked her for help. She asked the other worker if she had any recommendation. The second lady knew quiet a few, but none was in our price range! We told her numerous of times of our price range and she was like, I KNOW THE EXACT ONE YOU'RE LOOKING FOR....and it was over our price range. But, as she was helping, she seemed not amused to serve us and sighed quiet a few times, giving us the feeling we were unwanted in there. My aunt politely told her, we might come back later and we just walked out. I don't recommend this place for anyone who is new to fabric or is unsure about what to use. They have tons and tons to choose from, so if you have a lot of time on your hands and in need of many options, give this place a try. Also, their prices are typical for fabric, but the ones she displayed to us was pretty pricey.

I took his advice. -as he cut my 1.5yards of ribbon, I turned to browse other items.(big mistake) -got home (the states), admiring my lace (again), and noticed, hmmmm this actually looks a bit short. Took about my measuring tape and SURPRISE SURPRISE, he shorted me. I was only given 44.5". In case you're wondering, 1.5yards is 54". Thanks for nothing (be happy I'm not including your full name); I hope karma comes back to get you. Not a fun lesson to learn given it was pricey, but I'll be sure to confirm length/qty of my goods before leaving.

Love the tablewares and they even have tea sets for the tea ceremony.
