Since the start of Doxica Productions, Nathan has focused on bringing in only the best talent available. One phrase we use is "We strive to put our worst foot forward". It sounds entirely counter-intuitive, but it means that we're constantly honing our skills and staying up on our equipment so that every project is better than the last.
