My appointment was confirmed for 10:00am the day prior by their office. When I arrived the receptionnist tells me that I am late. I said: it is not possible that is the time I was given. They refused to take me due to the fact I was 15 minutes late and my appointment entailed lot of time. I was told to reschedule and there is nothing they can do. Staff very cold and do not care about the customer. I would not waist a dime on this place they are all about selling their glasses. read more
