Two weeks ago, we had a less-than-favorable experience with a dealer here in Pensacola. Last weekend, we had a horrible experience with a dealer in Jasper, AL. Because of this, we were hesitant to make the drive from Pensacola to Camden to look at a truck that they had gotten in stock at McGraw-Webb. I'm so glad we did. Every single touch point with the folks at McGraw-Webb was absolutely superb. I would not hesitate to talk with them about any new or used car they offer, and in fact, we will recommend the drive to Camden to anyone we know of who might be in the market for a new Chevy. Jarret made our transaction one of the easiest auto purchases we've ever made, and Jennifer was a pleasure to work with as we finished our paperwork. The current place I have used is backed up tremendously and sometimes days waiting to get work done. While I have trusted my current business very much I wanted to try out Penzoil Lube Center due to their efficient work on oil changes. We had a family vacation planned for the mountains in North Carolina and wanted brakes to be in top shape. You know going around some of the mountains, going downhill, etc...you dont need faulty brakes. The current brakes have some age but not alot of use so I at least needed them checked out. Upon calling I learn I can bring the car in and have it back by lunch. So off I go. After dropping the car off and being gone a little over an hour I get a call from them. Expecting the worse and hoping for the best I brace my self. The owner informs me the brakes are in good shape and I will not have a problem going 4 to 5 thousand more miles. I inform him of the mountain trip and he still is good with the current condition of the brakes. Didnt try to do any add on work or anything like that. This day and time it can be hard to find an honest reptuble auto repair shop. But here in Jackson we now have two places to go for automotive needs.
