Came home from a long road trip and truly was looking forward to not having to cool dinner and just wanted something fresh and hot and thought we would get some DQ here in Grande Cache. Was a fairly simple order, 2 cheeseburgers, a poutine and 2 drinks. Got home, which is roughly a 1 minute drive. Took a bite into my cheeseburger and could INSTANTLY tell that it was NOT fresh but burnt, cold and told. Took it back to DQ and heard the girl in the back argue that the burger was fresh, and I was told that it would take 4 - 5 minutes for a fresh burger which I would very happily wait for, well first off at was put into the microwave than it only took roughly 30 seconds to MAYBE a minute. Well burger was NOT fresh once again and I WILL NOT EAT IT due to the lack of care and attention to the matter, and also due to the girl that made my burger had a very very NASTY and very CRAPPY attitude. I have worked in this field for a few years when I was younger and even than we were taught better than this. Than to find out the girl making my burger is also a supervisor was very disappointing to hear. Horrible attitude toward customers. When they are supervisors with an attitude like that, it does not bode well for a business in a small town. Hope to see better training for your supervisors. read more
