As for this specific branch, it does fine. I've never had poor service or a wrong order. Nothing against the fine people at this location, but Tim Hortons need to step up its game to compete in the coffee shop world. Though I had to leave this thought in light of my recent encounter. I walked into Tim Hortons and no one was at the register. Instead they had a bell. A bell! You could ding it to notify them there was a customer. Yes there's a customer!
