No good. Burgers the same temperature as the ice cream. Service not very fast. Never again.

"It's not fast food, it's fan food." I still somehow doubt a fan would wait 27 minutes for a peanut butter parfait or hot dog. I waited 27 minutes for a blizzard with a dead fruit fly in it, only because I wasn't taking chances on rear ending the vehicle in front of me or backing up into the line of vehicles behind me. It's food, not terribly bad. It's about as good as pre-frozen, nuked crap could be. All the employees seem miserable and I've been mouthed off for ordering 'difficult menu items'. (Uh hello! Blizzards are what your known for!) Over all, if you are standing in line, inside the store or in your car in the drive thru, bring a movie or crossword to help pass the time. And maybe a snack, cause the food is ehh and the wait times are enough to make you debate eating that hard, fry (I think?) looking thing under the floor mat on the passengers side floor. read more

They were using old oil for cooking and they gave me less then half an container of gravy definitely not coming back

I took my grandson through their drive through yesterday. He ordered 4 chicken strips and fries and an Oreo blizzard. I ordered a crispy chicken salad with honey mustard dressing. We dtook it back to his house to enjoy. There were about 10 french fries in his 'basket'. They sent golden Italian dressing with my salad which was not very good in itself. Very disappointed for $25.00. Won't go back even for their ice cream. Plenty of other options. Just gave them a chance and they blew it. read more

Me and my wife were starving, and unfortunately we stumbled upon this shit hole. We ordered a 6 piece chicken basket and received a 3 half chicken instead. Like WTF! It took us a solid 18 and 32 seconds to receive our meal. I strongly believe in Christ, but places like this make me question gods existences. I just want to move on and forget this memory. Time and time again this Dairy Queen continues to surpass my expectations. I always visit when I come through town and I have never had a negative experience here in the many many times I've enjoyed their food. If you're passing through and looking for somewhere to eat, I highly recommend eating here. read more

Very convenient on side of high way i usually stop. I dont really get why people post a 3 star and say it is great. Woudl that not make it a five star. I find on google ppl are more apt to give 5 stars for good and yelp is more like 3-4 . Maybe im doing it wrong but i still say 5 stars. One mans opinion :) read more

The food took 25 minutes during my lunch break, then the bathroom was out of toilet paper & the cleanliness resembled a bathroom from a bus station that had been closed for 10 yrs...the ice cream seems fine, now I'm questioning the food if that is how they keep their restrooms! read more

Unlike the other review of this place, I only waited 4-5 minutes for a blizzard, burger, salad and drink. It is what it is - I haven't had much different service at other DQ's. read more

The service was fast - the restaurant appeared well staffed. However, the food was terrible. We ordered mushroom Swiss burgers, there were 2 small pieces of mushroom on each and when I returned to the counter to ask that more be added the staff appeared puzzled, they added a couple more mushrooms and slathered on some extra mayo. Quite possibly the worst hamburger I have ever eaten at a fast food restaurant. Fries were also undercooked. read more

This was one of the most negative experiences I have had at any type of restaurant. We decided to skip the drive thru and go inside because of the long lineup, unfortunately this didn't help our situation. There were 4-5 people ahead of us in line, yet somehow we still ended up spending approximately 45 minutes ordering and waiting for our meals. The kitchen was filthy and staff seemed disorganized and careless. When a family requested a tray, an employee grabbed one from the stack on the garbage can and handed it to them without cleaning the used tray. Our food sat on the pass-through for at least 5-10 minutes before we were able to flag down an employee and request they put it in a bag for us so we could leave. As someone who worked for a DQ in Regina for several years as a teenager it was astonishing to see how incompetent the staff were - it's not a hard job to do, no matter what anyone might tell you. read more
