I got a laugh from the review below complaining about waiting for an hour from her appointment to see the dentist, she clearly has never been to visit a dental or medical professional in Puerto Rico, typical wait times are on the order of 3-4 hours and appointments are usually just advisory. Dr. Cruz has always been timely for me, except for once when there was an emergency case which he allowed to skip the line.

Obtienes lo que pagas, son muy amables al principio y luego, una vez pagas no les importa, mi…read moreexperiencia fue fatal, los plásticos nunca me llevaron a corrección total, cuando te venden el producto inicialmente te dicen que si no quedas satisfecho porque quedó algo por corregir que te vuelven a hacer otro set para terminar de corregir y eso no es cierto, me pasó, y a otras personas que conocí también, hacen como que "atienden" el reclamo de corregir lo que falta, "lo envían a evaluar" y luego lo deniegan a menos que vuelvas a pagar todo de nuevo. Por otro lado los plásticos están mal hechos, les tienes que cortar los borden tú mismo porque te laceran la encía, ellos no lo hacen. A demás estuve más de 2 meses esperando por los retenedores, una vez pagas te sometes a su manera atropellada de trabajar, mejor vayan a un ortodoncista que les asista. ¡No recomendado!

The procedure went kind of quick and I left very satisfied with the treatment and everything else that's suppose to happen in within the next few weeks. At the first appoinment they're so polite and friendly but after making something wrong on your mouth the treat you different and if you're not resident of PR and you have an emergency they make it harder. Giving you an appointment for the next three months, being in PR. Horrible!!! Don't go to that place, is a shame! The material is very cheap too... Stay away from here!!!

Era una vista de rutina y todo salió bien. Excelente servicio y además son bilingües es una área turística.
