I got into a pretty bad car accident back in December and messed up my wrist. I had to find a place to get some chiro, massage and physio done. I needed the whole package. I've never gone through anything like this before and needed a ton of paperwork done by whatever clinic I chose. I was recommended to FIT Clinic by a friend and he assured me that Dr. Rashaad was really good at taking care of the paperwork. Sick. This was literally one of my biggest worries. Someone who knew how to deal with insurance papers. Long story short, I'm so glad I chose this place to get my treatments done. I am basically at 95% back to normal. I don't really think your body parts get fully back to normal after an injury, however, there is a big difference from when I started to now. I started my treatments back in January and still have a couple left. I could barely move my wrist without complaining, when I first started and now I'm full force back in the gym, 5 days a week. I enjoy coming in for my treatments as Rashaad (Chiro), Farzana (RMT) and Himja (Physio) are always a pleasure to talk to. It's like we're old friends! One thing I have to mention is Farzana is hella strong yo. I've gone to several female AND male RMTs and no one has been stronger than Farzana. She will literally murder your knots and straighten you out. TRUST me. Obvz, just tell her if it's too much though lol. Booking is also super easy too. I'm a last minute person with making appointments and they always seem to be able to fit me in. Even if it's day of. I really could go on about this place but this review is getting hella long. Basically, you won't be disappointed getting treatments done here. And thanks to the team for helping me recover!

My initial…read moresession was scheduled via their website that sent me a reminder for the date and time; easy peasy lemon squeezy considering a good number of us are glued to our smartphones daily. I arrived at my session a little bit early and from a first glance, the clinic was clean and bright. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me promptly. Dan met with me to discuss what my goals are, asked me to stand straight, do a few basic exercises like squatting down, balancing on each leg and touching my toes. He then examined my posture, and we came to an agreement that I wouldn't need more sessions beyond 2. He was happy to show me the homework exercises in their mini gym and correct/modify anything you may be doing incorrectly. Dan was so eager to send me my homework that I received it in my inbox 5 minutes after leaving the building. He is an absolute gem in the neighbourhood. While there may not be heaps of reviews on Yelp about BP Physiotherapy, the clinic does have rave Google reviews! They have fair prices and accept insurance. No Amex unfortunately :(

Dan is incredibly friendly and great at coming up with exercises that effectively encourage my healing. Charles is a great massage therapist who is skilled at focusing on muscles that need attention.
