Both Dr. Olivier and his assistant are very nice and caring and always remember who I am even if I only visit every few weeks. I was still having headaches after a few months of treatment but I discussed it with the dr, he tried something new, and now I'm pain free. If you don't speak a word of German you'll be fine here but now as my German is much better we do almost the whole visit without English. The online booking is super convenient and the office is steps from the M3 bus line.

I did that but a very rude woman who was sitting at the front told me to leave and come back another day. When I asked why said because that is how it is. She didn't greet me, ask what I wanted nothing. Just told me to leave and when I tried to ask any question she would either turn away and ignore me or snap back at me. Wasn't the first time the front desk woman there treat the patients like that. I will be looking for a new dr and urge everyone else to do the same.
