He goes above and beyond. I have also had Dr Holvik call me in for an emergency on my blood work, which Noah had already taken care of, but it was wonderful to know that Dr Holvik is keeping track of things in the back ground. I visited the office to simply get a referral to a podiatrist. they billed my insurance with The wrong coding and refused to fix it. So now I'm stuck with not only paying the co pay I already paid and should have only had to pay... but a $100 dollar bill along with being sent To collections. Everyone was so incredibly rude and unwilling to work with me. all this to say, I have since switched providers. I have heard from so many of my nurse friends and patients of similar stories. such a shame because I really like Dr holvick.

They looked in both ears and said nothing was wrong. I waited two weeks and I was still sick. I knew something else was wrong. I had a hard time breathing, fever, headache, raw throat, felt kind of foggy in my head and ears felt plugged. Came to Advanced Medical care center and I was impressed! They took time to examine me and didn't rush me out. It ended up that I had the flu and it had progressed to severe bronchitis and both of my ears were full with fluids. I was put on the correct medication along with chest x-ray prescription if my fever went up higher to check for pneumonia. Within a few days I started feeling better. I have always received the best professional care from him and his staff. When you schedule an appointment to see Holvik or his other medical staff your waiting time is minimal.  He doesn't overbook his schedule so he can take the necessary time to see you and to listen to your concerns and to address your symptoms the best way any doctor could. Over the years, Holvik has proven to embody a wealth of wisdom, knowledge, and experience.  I'm writing this because it saddens me to read about the loss of someone's father.  Losing the one you love is always hard to deal with but placing blame on a doctor's actions or a lack thereof is not fair either.  I hope in time you will see Holvik provided the best professional care your father could have ever received.  Holvik would have diagnosed the disease, but it would have taken time for testing to find out what was causing your father's symptoms and diagnosing his disease. My observation is Holvik has always delivered high quality health care in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.  I and many others patients who know him believe he has the ability and judgement wherein you may place your trust in him to do what is best.

I want to be clear -- I provided the correct information, and the member ID was accurate and already in their system. My daughter even showed it in person. When I called to have the mistake corrected, instead of helping, Marsha was rude, argumentative, and passive-aggressive. She insisted that I gave the wrong member ID, which was not true, and continued to argue with me rather than resolving the issue professionally. Her tone was inappropriate, and others could hear the interaction, which is unacceptable in a medical setting. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. Patients should not be blamed for staff errors or treated with disrespect when trying to fix an issue. I hope management addresses this, because this experience was not okay.

This doctor has been my family's primary care physician for almost 30 years. She has been able to…read moremeet our needs and would quickly refer out to specialist as needed. We trusted her judgment. However, in speaking for myself, and in hindsight, there have been a few issues she failed to properly address which I believe has caused me harm. For years I had issues with painful and restless extremities that went unaddressed until finally her nurse practitioner diagnosed me with RLS and prescribed Mirapex. This was a God send! Sleep was and still is nonexistent and in 2021 I believe I was finally referred to a sleep specialist but was unable to complete the study because of all the wires and stuff I was hooked up to. Rather than finding a different approach this was just forgotten. I 'have felt widespread pain throughout my body for many many years and due to my continued advocating for relief I was tested and come to find out I have Rheumatoid Arthritis that in the doctor's words the levels were "Off the chart!" I am finally being referred to a Rheumatologist. Maybe this is the reason I would not be able to sleep as I would wake up in pain? The fact that in 3021 and 2022 I had to have both hips replaced as there was no cartilage in those joints. Hoping to finally get medicated for this disease and finally get some sleep! As of late, she has been trying to diagnose a painful issue that began in Feb and she has been at a total lost telling me "I'm sorry" as I would leave her office in pain. She did finally refer to an OBGYN because I was having those type of symptoms and thankfully in talking with him, my pain is more than likely diverticulosis which would make sense as I was hospitalized with this about 13 years ago.... And finally, when we stopped by her office to find out why stuff was not getting referred and a procedure on the schedule, she came out into the waiting room where other patients were present and began openly talking about my medical issues right in front of them. She also made a comment at a recent visit after asking me how I was doing and I said I was in pain, she replied "Well of course you are. Aren't you always in pain? I asked her what was that supposed to mean and she replied, "Oh don't be so serious!" All this to say this is one relationship that has run its course as I am currently seeking a new primary care. So sad to end a 31 year relationship in this manner. But I have to do what is best for me.

When you needed to speak with someone in the office you could never do it you had to go through a call center. But when he told me he was going to be going to his own office I found him and followed him there. He doesn't treat his patients like cattle in and out as fast as he can. He sits and spends the time required to listen to you order what you need and gets you on track again. He is the best Doctor I have ever been to in my entire life and I would follow him anywhere.
