The receptionist was a man in his 40s, with two earrings, and was clearly unhappy and possibly drunk. He was rude, unhelpful and started yelling at us in German.
He is a person who takes pleasure in making others suffer and uses his position to abuse the powerless. It is unfortunate that when someone is in pain the first person you meet at this hospital is this man.
We left and went to Rudolfinerhaus which was excellent. We will stay away from this hospital and I recommend you do to.
