Very thankful for finding Dr. Jack. She's already helped my senior cat make a painfree and stress-less transition happen, which couldn't have been more sensitively handled. We have entrusted our cats with Dr. Jack for 8 years! She and her nurse staff are the best! She has cared for Oliver, Lily, Clay, Rusty and Popcorn over the years, many who have had all sorts of varying issues. She is super thorough and really took the time to explain the pros, cons and costs of the various treatment options available. Dr Jack and her assistant spent over an hour here checking everything possible with my cat. Most complete exam ever. Also gave her fluids, a b complex shot and antibiotic. Our dog Brian has extreme anxiety and severe trauma, as he was rescued from the meat market in South Korea. Of all the veterinarians I spoke to both in office, and mobile, Dr. Jack seemed the most compassionate over the phone about Brian's issues. And she did NOT disappoint in person either. She was calm, patient, slow in her energy and delivery. She's terrible. Called Dr. Jack made an appointment for my dog Duke at 12:30 on a Thursday afternoon. By 130 she never showed up nor did she call or text my dog is suffering from allergies itching very badly she knew this and decided not to show up nor call. I texted her about five times and called her no response no answer, Then at 2 o'clock she texted me but first she calls me then she text me to tell me that she thought our appointment was the next day. How could I believe this to be true when the day before she had asked me if I could change my appointment to the next day at 2 o'clock in the afternoon which was a Friday I told her no I cannot do it at 2 can you do it earlier, she responds to me with the sharpness in her voice like she was upset that I couldn't change my appointment. So I believe that she double booked didn't care that my dog was suffering and acted like she thought my appointment was the next day. I will never ever use her again. read more
