Jeremy used not only standard massage techniques but his acupuncture training and knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine to really help identify and resolve issues I'd been having. And he did myofascial work on my back that I had never had done before, and that completely released my ever-present neck tension. I had been traveling, so booked this massage to help with the typical related aches and stiffness (the joy of modern flights) -- Jeremy resolved all that and more. Best of all, the positive effects continued, and didn't dissipate the moment I walked out the door into the real world (which often seems to happen to me). I was only in town for a short time but actually went back to squeeze in another massage before I left (I might have become slightly addicted to feeling so good and not sore or stiff lol). I really can't say enough good things about my experience. If I lived there, I would be a regular. I'm sad I don't!
