Everyone I've come into contact with is so pleasant! From the front desk (I forgot her name, but she's so friendly!) to Tanner, Katie, Alison, and of course Dr. Jon I've felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I especially appreciate how communicative they are. It's the little things! Anything teeth related (at least for me) can be scary but you're definitely in good hands here. How often do you feel impelled to leave a review for your dentist? For Dr. Jon's office it is well deserved. I'm still newish to the area and have been to this office a couple times for cleaning. Last visit I found out I needed a crown replaced and that happened today. I'm a veteran of many crowns and this was by far the most pleasant experience. Dr. and his assistant Caitlin did their most to make sure I knew the process and was comfortable. New crown was fabricated as I waited and I left with it ready to go. I've always had anxiety about going to the dentist. I can't recommend Dr. Jon & his staff enough!! They truly care about their patients; they are kind and understanding. So let me start by saying I was an investigator for the dental board of California for approximately 8 years. Seen it all good and bad. Had to locate a new dentist due to the old dentist making some poor decisions regarding treatment. I looked on Yelp and found what appear to be some good possibilities which included Dr. Jon. I chose him because the reviews were very good but really what put it over the top was, Dr. Jon reads these reviews and at times reply's. Now when I went to Dr. Jon, I have to say it was the very best consultation I've ever seen or had. Then I had an actual appointment and hands down the very best dentist I've ever been to. Very detailed in his treatment, and very honest and up front regarding what to expect. His staff is also very on point, including his male RDA or RDAEF. Sorry I didn't catch his name. I am now the proud owner of a new set of porcelain veneers, courtesy of Dr. Jon and Katy. I have been self conscious about my teeth for years and have been looking forward to the day when I could finally have teeth that I am happy with and allow me to smile freely. I am a senior aged person and I wasn't sure how it would look to have "new natural looking white teeth at my age". I wanted my teeth to look great but I also wanted them to fit me as a person. Dr Jon has a lot of experience doing porcelain veneers and I was impressed with the quality of his work. Also, the materials and lab he uses are top notch. First I had a consult with Dr. Jon for him to discuss what is possible with my teeth, what the procedure is like, and he showed me some before and after photos from other people who have had veneers. There was absolutely no pressure and the decision was up to me. I decided to have the veneers and Dr. Jon and Katy were awesome during the process. They made sure I knew what they were doing each step of the way, and always checked with me to see if I was ok and comfortable. I am so happy with my new teeth and my new smile! I also feel that it is a natural smile that fits me. No matter how old your are, porcelain veneers and a nice smile are possible!! I am a new patient to Dr. Jon's office as of 6 months ago.
