I had a lot of pain in my neck that was causing me head ache and tingling sensations in my arm. Alexander first explained me what the problem was and than did the treatment which was not at all painful. Very bad customer service! I was longterm renting property in Puerto del Carmen and i had very bad…read moreexperience with the staff! They are very arrogant and make you feel like you don't even pay for the services! I had to chase up my own deposit on the last day due to staff namend Helen not turning up on her own appointment she arranged to do check out for the apartment because she forgot! I drove to the office as it was my last chance to get my deposit before the weekend to find out what happened. They couldn't get in touch with her and therefore they didn't want to give me my deposit back because apparently she had it. They said they'll call back as soon they hear from her and that she'll bring.me my deposit. 10min later they told me to come to the office so they can pay me my money. I have asked them what happened to her and the blond lady said she forgot because she is too busy and she had to go pick up her child from school. I had to cancel my job that day because she want to do the appointment on friday even though i tried to do it 2 days earlier because i was too busy with work on friday and she said no she can only do it on friday. No one apologies to me once! They providing very bad service and i just want to to let you know that if you are using them as a your agent or if you are looking to rent the property then don't because this is the last time I've used them and you more likely loose business or money too because I'm sure I'm not the only to complaint about them!!!
