I told her the pain was a 8 out of 10 and said I think I had gallstones. All she recommended was for me to download the app so I can contact her quickly if it got worse and gave me some meds for GERDs. She ordered labs for me to take in 2 days. We met for less than 5 minutes. She didnt care to listen to anything I had to say, the pain I was in, or offered any actual care or advise. I was sent home and went the clinic/appt that she referred me to. All they wanted was for me to pay before anything was done, that seemed to be their only priority. The place was extremely unprofessional and slow. I tried contacting her via the app for 3 days saying the pain was not getting any better and that I was pretty sure I had gallstones. I asked for results from the labs. No response. I ended up having to go to the ER because of the pain and being unable to sleep/eat. They quickly admitted me in, diagnosed me with gallstones, did a scan to find the stones, and had surgery done to remove the stones/gallbladder. Oh and guess what? A total of 7 days after the initial attempt to contact her via the app, she finally responded back "how are you doing now?" Absolute joke of a doctor!! No urgency, no care provided. St. Joseph's questioned why she prescribed the meds she did because it would never have helped with gallstones and wasnt even a pain reliever. When St. Joseph's recommended me to follow up, Dr. Tso refused to contact or respond back to me and kept referring me to follow up with her RN only.

Today was my first visit as a new patient to Doctor Marasigan. Over all she is a great Doctor by…read morethe looks because in today's medicine it seems like all doctors just want to see you and get you out for the next bundle of cash to come in. Sadly but true, but Doctor Marasigan actually took the time to ask me about how I feel health wise over all. As a Doctor I give her more than 5 stars. Now as for the facility staff nothing to say wrong but I did have wait for an additional 45 minute from the moment of my appointment plus the early 15 min they asked me to be there when I scheduled my appointment this mad it an easy extra hour. OUCH ! Good thing I had my fishing game app on my phone. To some that could be not acceptable when the office is empty but when you see the office super busy or should I say slammed and see how many people go there to visit Doctor Marasigan's practice location. It kinda gives you a understanding of the the reason of the delay. Plus no one was complaining so I didn't want to be the A hole new patient :) Did I mention Doctor Marasigan Sister also works there and that she is one of the most popular doctors in town and has the best reviews, all 5 star rating. I originally wanted her as my Doctor but due to her great performance and service she provides she can no longer accept new patients. :( but her sister is great and she will most def see my Son and Wife . I even scheduled their appointment already. Hope this review helps so far the service of Doctor Marasigan made up the wait. Let see what comes next for my family visits the office.

When I told the girl on the phone I have a friend who goes there as well with the same insurance. She said yes but you are a new patient and we just stopped taking that insurance so now I have to get a new doctor in town and I'm having a lot of pain just sucks how the "system works not fair to me with a liver disease and I'm 24 just trying to go to the doctor seems so Hard. Didn't feel like they cared on the phone just said right away I'm a new patient...but that's fine I will never recommend this place didn't feel helped at all. I felt in the dark. I honestly can't remember the last time that happened with a Dr. He was soft spoken, attentive, inquisitive and carried a confidence in his tone without being conceited. It was apparent he was intelligent, yet he didn't make you feel less-than and he spoke in simple terms which I really appreciated. I waited I the room for her for 50 mins or longer. Thrn when she came in she said looks like you have a few concerns I have only 10 minutes. So I started going through my concerns quickly as possible. She started telling me she was gonna order quite a few tests. I then stated to her that I had some of that done. Already with my old insurance at kaiser. And asked her if she could pull them. She told me no, she needed updated ones. Then, proceeded to do a quick look at my arm. And then told me, my time was up. I asked her politely if she only got ten minutes per patient. Why did I have to wait so long. She then told me that some patients take longer. She then told me if I didn't like it here, maybe I should have stayed with kaiser. I told her sorry that wasn't an option. Since I started a new job and they don't carry kaiser. Then, she walked out of the room and told me, I could pick up my papers. And tests at the front desk. She didn't even listen to all my concerns. I understand that systems and policies exist, but there was a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human understanding. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, not rushed or dismissed. I then went up to the desk and collected my papers. The front desk then gave me the another patient's paperwork. Then, when I told them they then gave me my paperwork with the wrong insurance on it. And then when I just tried to make an appointment the other day, I was told by their front desk, that deema decided she was no longer going to see me. So I paid all this money to get all the test done she ordered and now she isnt even going to go over the results. I just dont understand how a dr can have suck a lack of empathy.

Dr. Mai Le is one of the most wonderful doctor I have seen in the past 10 years. She is very…read moredetailed, smart, professional, thorough, kind, and sweet doctor. She listens to your concerns, symptoms, problems, and come up with the best care and treatments. She always makes sure that I don't have any further question before she leaves the exam room. She ordered a lot of tests for me when I first came to see her as a new patient to find out what was wrong with my health, and follow up with me. She always explains very well the treatments, side effects of the medications. Dr. Le is the only doctor that I found doesn't come in the room seeing you for 5 mins then walks out the door. I had been to the doctors offices, waited in the lobby for 20-30 mins, then when the MA called a me to the back office, Doctor came in , talked to me for 2-3 mins then done. It made me felt like doctors just don't care and listen to my symptoms. But Dr Le is different. She shows respect, her kindness, yet passion and professional. She is great at what she is doing.
