All the Drs are nice, The top Dr, Dr Hambleton is FANTASTIC! Very supportive caring and understanding. They always get my son, who has multiple problems, seen exceptionally quickly. The surgery is very clean and welcoming. It's attached to a boots chemist which is really convenient. I have years of experience of various surgeries in Nottingham due to the work I did and this is far one of the best if not The Best in Nottingham!!!

Although the booking system is a pain (most days you have to phone at the crack of dawn to get an appointment that day), they normally manage to see you quickly and there's always appointments available for emergencies. Being a uni doctors they must see all sorts but remain very discreet and professional about it all! All in all, use this doctors instead of Cripps on campus if you're a student at Nottingham!

i have been to this surgery since we moved here in 1985 i…read morefind the doctors of A1 or top quality and much of the older staff at the reception very kind and very nice but the only downer i would say is that new girl on reception with the red hair when ever you go she only wants you to get lost no matter how much pain you are in or dying she will not even book advance appointments even on saying that i need to see the doctor to get my new medication as soon as possible as i have direct orders from the neurologist for all i know this woman or girl is not fit to be on reception and should be removed as all she is doing is spoiling the image of a very well run and almost perfect faculty thank you

I have never had such outstanding service from a dentist and cancelled my private dental to be a member of this NHS dentist. They were great with my husband and little boy also. All procedures are carefully explained and as my husband needed a filling, I went with him. They were fantastic. Silly things like asking him to raise his hand if they wanted him to stop or he wanted to rinse his mouth out. I really did feel that the service is outstanding and am delighted we got in early and on the books. JW is our dentist and I would highly recommend.
