But on my first visit I just took a shot with my bad German, and we kind of established our relationship in that language. She has a very sweet demeanor, and I feel really comfortable with her. She's given me good advice, and yeah. If you're sick and need to see a doctor in the Reuterkiez she's a good one.

"Can I make an appointment?" - "No, come back on Monday." * 2nd visit: I meet a super mean receptionist with white hair on top and black hair underneath. She's screaming at a sweet elderly woman (who screams at a sweet elderly woman???), then gets to me. Me: "Can I make an appointment? Do you speak English?" - Her: "NO!"(eyes big and angry)... then proceeds to help me out... in English! ... then tells me to come back later. BYE!!!! Life is too short for all this foolishness, anger, and I will not be subjected to aggression towards elderly people who could be my grandmother.

Highly recommended doctor's office with nice staff. I got my…read moreappointment reasonably fast. Consultation before and after treatment was very informative and I did not feel rushed. I talked to Dr. Armerding and to Prof. Hofmann.
