Don't even bother going, not even if you have a recommendation from an existing patient... the…read more"help" desk won't even give you the time to say anything if you're not an existing patient... it's heartless and rude to tell someone who is in a medical urgency that you are sorry to accept them because they are not your patient. and they don't answer phone calls BTW, you have to go there to get treated badly in person, not just over the phone. One last note, if the doctor doesn't accept any new patient, does that mean that he's not remotely good at curing existing patient for years? Just a thought... just a playful thought...
