After one visit to Dr Hank my headaches were gone. I started to feel some relief in the hips after that first visit. Each visit the hips felt better and better. After 5 visits I can sleep on either side--something I haven't been able to do for months! Truth is this is the best my hips have felt in more than a year. I couldn't feel much safer in terms of COVID. The office is extremely clean and Dr Hank wore a properly worn N95 mask. There is room in his waiting area to distance if there is anybody else there at the same time. And his parking lot was cleared of snow immediately after an 18 inch snowstorm! I'm gonna try to not let things go so long from now on. It's easy to forget how your quality of life suffers from body pain and misalignment. When the injury first happened, it was extremely acute: I could not even get out of bed, I could hardly fall out of my bed and could barely crawl to the bathroom, because I felt like I had to puke, but I could not even kneel in front of the toilet - I had to just lay on the bathroom floor, totally helpless. I had never been there, but they gave me an emergency appointment within hours of my injury. He did not do the usual spinal manipulation - twisting and cracking - that most chiropractors have done to me. He used some little clicker thinger called an activator, that just clicked into my back at various places, no pain. Then put me on a traction table, gentle traction, again no pain. Including the initial interview, adjustment, and the traction session, I don't think I was in his office a half hour? And when I got off the traction table - I could stand up, and my back pain went from a 9 or 10 to about a three - instantly. Mystifyingly effective. And that would keep happening in the next number of weeks until he weaned me off of it, and my injury largely subsided. I have reinjured it twice in the two years since then, and each time, his adjustment and the traction border on magic in effectiveness. I cannot say enough about how good my experience has been here. Super nice people, quick, effective. The woman practices something she calls body talk: When you read about it or she tells you about it, it sounds like complete quackery. My wife tried it, and her headaches have never come back!! Again - mystifying. It was not covered by our insurance, and so it sounded expensive - until you consider the alternatives: Ongoing drugs, surgery, physical therapy, or whatever. One or two or three or four $90 sessions? Obviously cheaper, obviously less invasive, no follow-up action required on my wife's part, and totally effective. It sounded like quackery, but we are believers. His treatment on my back has been way more uniformly effective than any of the five chiropractors I had seen before him in my life.

I let that go but I was not happy! The following visit I was forced to wait and wait in a crowded waiting room for my last visit without any acknowledgment at all. But. . . But. . . isn't that so dangerous with the plague? I had even taken a half day from work!!! Finally I chose to walk the hell out. I did that and never came back. My last experience with the office staff was poor. Extremely condescending and rude. Dr did personally call to try to salvage my business but he chose his rude office staff over the patient saying he would "work" with her. If your office staff is rude and condescending to patients why would they be the face-voice of your business anyway? Lots of turnover here too- that speaks volumes. I guess the only time they seem to care is when you walk out- I was getting calls nonstop but when you are there? No appreciation. I've since had two other old school chiropractors who charge me next to nothing because I don't go through insurance. The one I saw was wonderful but fell ill and passed away- the other is amazing- Shout out to YOU DR JOSEPH WASHKO!! He also gives me plenty of time- I'm not rushed in and out like Dr C. It was a blessing in disguise- my last experience enabled me to find a far better value and comprehensive treatment. Sorry- not sorry.

I would never recommend Dr. Connelly…read more After almost an hour of him talking to me, discrediting my 10 years of health problems to "inflammation" and making snide remarks about all of my providers and what they were doing wrong to help me (PT, functional doc, previous Chiro) to try and make it seem like I just needed him... and telling me about how his wife left him... I politely declined X-rays without a thyroid collar (a common, evidence-based safety request). I was very calm and said "I'm not comfortable with it" - he became irate. I was met with aggression, intimidating (yelling) and personal attack. All in a room alone with him as a young female. It was extremely inappropriate, uncalled for and unprofessional response to a calm boundary well within my rights. Not a respectful or safe environment and I should honestly press charges for harassment.

She knows how to hit the areas that hurt and educate yourself on the muscles that are triggering your pain. She is so talented and knows her stuff. A place to go for a massage for sure but bonus it's a chiro place with PT and Cryotherapy too!!! After my first visit I have been going here once a week sometimes twice. Dr. F has literally been a Godsend for me. He's the only chiropractor that's ever actually taken…read morethe time to listen to all my back problems and communicate with me about the best ways to treat them with accuracy. I came to him 8 months postpartum with little to no movement in my right hip, excruciating shoulder pain, and multiple herniated discs. He has completely changed my hips to where now I can hold my son on my right hip!!! He not only adjusts, and stretches my body, but he's also extremely knowledgeable about the body. He was able to read an extensive MRI report to me with accuracy and so where I could understand it. My orthopedic doctor wasn't even able to read it right (I have a very uncommon disc injury in the thoracic region). He also took the time to let me know that it would be cheaper to pay out of pocket than use my insurance, (which MOST places won't tell you) which I very much appreciated. He always collects payment prior to the adjustment, so I never have to worry about any surprise bills coming in the mail. He's extremely flexible with my busy schedule and will reschedule same day or next day in a hart beat. I will always trust Dr. F's judgment and expertise.
