My bf had a bike accident when he was 15, knocked out a few teeth, for which he wears a denture now. We didn't get a good vibe at all. First of all, the radio in the treatment room was blaring 50's and 60's music, which was really annoying because I couldn't hear a damn thing Dr. Barber said. The assistant seemed bored and tired, and as if she would really rather be ANYWHERE else. Dr. Barber did not demonstrate any confidence with the procedure, and that totally broke my bf's heart. We didn't really get any answers whatsoever. He took an x-ray, says he will check with his colleagues and get back to us. So, um, like ya, we just paid about $300 dollars for nothing.

He explained the tests to me, and ensured I knew what to expect. He checked my old prescription, and explained how my eyes have changed, and my prescription has progressed. What really surprised me was that he recommended fish-oil supplementation for my dry-eyes complaint. It isn't very often that a medical practitioner will do that, and I appreciate it. He also gave me some eye drops for the interim. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.
