Her office uses an online patient portal to communicate and I can send her a message through the portal and she responds usually within the hour. Since I am an established patient, she is always willing to work me in for a sick appointment when I need it. I also like that she takes a conservative approach and doesn't always rush to put you on unnecessary medication, yet when you do need it she will tell you and make sure that you get the medication and care you need.
