The welcoming and warm atmosphere is tangible when you enter the premises. The staff is kind and helpful and one feels immediately well taken care of. This impression increases when you meet Dr.Selmair. Not only does she speak fluently English and of course German but shows a real kindness, empathy and warmth. The work with her assistant is effortless and they are a well oiled team with mutual respect and kindness. I was nervous, I had history with this tooth and not a pleasant one. Dr. Selmair took care of it, in a strict and empathetic way, she knew, what to do with a anxious patient. I was without my tooth out before it all did register with me. Without any problems I cam back the next day to my actual appointment which was handled with efficiency, care and empathy. I too was impressed by the creativity of finding a great solution for another problem area in my mouth. I can only say that my outlook of my next appointment is with hardly any stress, well I am just human and it is a dentist visit, we are talking about. But I can only warmly recommend Dr. Selmair from the bottom of my heart.
