The space is quite quaint and it's just Dr Rodrigo and his assistant. But it's so clean and professional. He and his assistant were so kind and welcoming. He is extremely talented knowledgeable and passionate. He educated me on things I didn't even know I wanted to know and made me feel at ease. Coming from the States I Can not believe how affordable it was to get seen by a dentist. I received probably one of the best and deepest cleanings I've ever received. Usually in the States I feel like they just floss and brush my teeth. But Dr Rodrigo really got in there and cleaned my teeth unlike ever before. I also got my teeth whitened for a fraction of what it would have cost back home and I am so happy with the results! And I also got custom mouth guard to aid with my grinding of teeth. Like I said all of this was less than I would have paid for a simple cleaning in the states. I can't recommend him enough. His passion shines thru and I will try my best to see him when I'm in Mexico from here on. When scheduling an appointment the best way to schedule is thru WhatsApp. Which was kind of strange for me. But I ended up loving it! Because we were able to communicate back and forth quite efficiently. And he also followed up with photos of the services I received along with recommendations to help give me the best smile possible. He speaks amazing English and is very easy to comunícate with. The office was a little strange to get to but I did not mind. You first have to buz to get let into what seems like a garage. And then you can take the stairs to the third floor. Then you have to get let into the actual lobby of his office by buzzing again. I guess what I'm saying is take a risk and I promise you will not be disappointed. 10/10 recommend! He will not force or push services on you that you do not need. He's very honest. Ok, Im done now. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Worst experience of my life. Lied to get my business…read more I WhatsApp'd with this dentist looking for the LANAP laser specifically. They told me they had this laser. I travelled 5 hours on a bus each way for this laser, paid to stay overnight, took time off work, etc etc as they said they had this laser. They did not ever have this laser and used a different one on me without my knowledge. It is only because I figured it out later. I even wrote it on my intake form upon arrival and they still did not inform me. The laser they used my dentists had in my hometown. I traveled all that way, spent all the extra money for nothing. I do believe they have gotten away with this many times in the past. After much back and forth they finally admitted the lie and wanted to refund me. Great, it's the LEAST they could do. But only if I signed a legal document giving up my rights BEFORE I would receive the refund.... I refused and disputed on my cc. They are fighting it. Not to be trusted! They lied to get my business and didn't care. I would never ever recommend trusting your dental health to such an unprofessional and dishonest company. Shame on them

I went years without dental care due to lack of insurance for nearly 15 years. I am a chronic…read moreclencher at night and have TMJ. My clenching broke and cracked multiple teeth that gradually became infected. Additionally, I had an incorrectly administered crown that had a massive infection in the tooth and jaw below. I lived in constant pain. I got a quote in the USA for nearly $30,000 to fix my teeth. I lived in San Diego for 5 years and everyone went to Tijuana for dental work, so I didn't hesitate to begin looking in Mexico for a good dentist. I found Ideal Dental and was impressed by their many good reviews and the pictures of their work. I have had the pleasure of receiving treatment from them for the past five days. They started by addressing the infected teeth that were bothering me, and I slept without pain for the first time in years. I believe I had a total of 6 root canals, crowns, inlays, and composite. The "crown" jewel though was that they fixed my front teeth with crowns and veneers and for the first time in my life I have an even and straight bite and smile. I am so incredibly happy with the result. Ideal Dental has a state of the art CT scanner, in house X-ray, and an in-house machine that literally builds your crowns and inlays while you watch. I've never seen a dentist with this level of technology. Everyone who's works here is so kind! The staff jokes around with each other, plays music, and creates a relaxed and pleasant environment. You can tell that everyone loves working here. I won't hesitate to come back to Ideal Dental for any dental needs, and I hope this review encourages anyone looking for top of the line dental care to pick up the phone and make an appointment. You won't find better care anywhere in the world.
