I was given a recommendation by one of the hotel staff whose skin is flawless to call Carla Rosas in Brasilia, Brazil. I called five minutes ago and the woman answering the phone kept saying, "Ola, Ola!!!!" I kindly asked if anyone spoke English and she kept saying, "Ola, Ola!!!" In one of the rudest tones I've ever heard from someone working at an apparently reputable physician's office, she yelled, "NO ENGLSIH!!!!" She then slammed the phone down. Literally slammed it. Welcome to Brasilia! :-(
