I can completely back up what the previous reviewer said with it being a nightmare to reach Mr. Drabick. I have been calling for a month to simply have my property re-staked on only 1 section & he has not returned ANY of my calls. My husband actually spoke with him one time (I'm sure Steven picked up by mistake) & he said he'd be in touch & again nothing. The first time he did the survey all went well because he was working closely with our attorney at closing but if you think you may for whatever reason need to reach out to him after that 1st encounter?? Save yourself the headache & GO ELSEWHERE! read more

I hired Steve to do 2 separate surveys. The first one I had no issues with. The second was a nightmare. I must have called, emailed nothing back. I also ran into him on Route 32 and in a parking lot in the Cornwall shopping plaza. I said "hey Steve what's going on? You said you would have this all done I have called your office cell and emailed". He turned to me and said oh I got it done. I get back to you. Well 3 months went buy and I have been short of harassment with all the calls and emails. Not one courtesy call or response in any way has been given. It is unbelievable to me how he operates. I complained to the town and they refuse to recommend him to anyone else. Stay far away from this clown!!! read more
