Like most individuals, I think it's really important to do your research. I noticed there's a lot of really great old reviews. This company has sold. The new owners are running both Dragon Insulation and Consulting Brothers hand-in-hand. If you're getting hired or if you're looking to have work completed at your home. A company's integrity is huge. This company falls short by a lot. This really came to light with one of my elderly clients. She unfortunately was taken advantage of By another contractor during her home build. She came to Consulting Brothers searching for help. I worked on her case and Recorded my time with the company. The GM knowingly overcharge her for work hours that I did not put in. After approaching the owner of the company about the fraudulent bill, nothing was done. The owner even asked me about collecting the funds, after he was informed. This happened at the very end of my stent working with these guys. As far as my personal experience, those last couple months went from one thing to next. It had become more than clear that the GM was not only taking my leads, but my sales as well. I wasn't in their computer system for a while, and when I was finally added to the system it was very apparent. I got taking advantage of- (stolen from). It sucks, especially when you considered these guys friends. I did confronted the GM about it, he just started running separate invoices in his name and putting the work through those invoices. In short- covering it up. I have asked for the financials -commission and pay, but the company owner is not providing that. I think that speaks for itself. This is not a very honest company. I've seen them try to take advantage of an elderly lady, by charging her for work not done. I know my manager got screwed out of Sales and leads, myself, I was never called back from them after my manager quit nor did I receive pay for the last two weeks I worked.. I had to file a complaint. The company sold this past year and is under new management, I would just suggest looking around at other insulation companies.
