They later called to reschedule the appt time to Friday morning because their truck broke down. Friday morning we were contacted saying they would be late because of an issue while servicing another customer. By this time, we have decided that this is not a business relationship we want to pursue, so contacted Susan to cancel the appt. She stated they were on their way and would be here soon. About an hour or more later, we received a call from the technician saying they would be able to come in another 50 minutes. We advised him that we had already canceled via Susan. Description of Job: Respositioning upper and lower kitchen cabinets to open space for a 48" commercial stove, installation of a vent hood, respsitioning electrical outlets, tiling of backsplash, modifying lower cabinet to install a drawer microwave and installing a new single bowl kitchen sink. Gerald and team did a FANTASTIC job. I would say that I am a very discerning consumer, with a keen eye for quality and aesthetics. They tuned into that pretty early on, and as such made choices and recommendations that suit my style and needs. It is always nice to work with someone who is willing to do a little more than necessary for the client. These guys were willing to pick up the appliances from the vendor - no small feat for a stove that weighs 670lbs. I didn't go to the store once. My home was treated with respect and each night they returned it to a usable state for me and my family. I hope in some little way this review is meaningful for Gerald and team, or for a consumer looking to hire a contractor. These guys work hard, they are honest and will give you value for the price you pay. When you see that, you respect it as it isn't always the case.

They removed the appliances & hot water heater, replaced the flooring, put everything back and replumbed the hot water heater and actually left the place CLEANER then when they started. And this was not a one time deal. We had them back to do other work and they insisted on vacuuming again because they tracked in dirt.
