The staff are friendly and I was served and got my food in just a matter of minutes! They do get busy, which is a good sign! My noodles were fresh and had only just bee put out. I took it back to my office to eat and it was well packaged and still piping hot. I'll go here a lot whilst working in the city!

The staff are always really friendly and welcoming (probably because they're thinking ooh back again?!) and they even gave us a Chinese new year calender at Christmas (oh god we really are regulars). We're yet to find a dish on their extensive menu that we've not liked and everything tastes really fresh and has great flavour. The winner at the moment is the bbq spare ribs. Service is typical efficient Asian, that if you get your order in from the start, everything progresses quickly and arrives expediently. If you attempt the Euro custom of adding this and that as the dining commences, you'll probably get frustrated trying to constantly interrupt the running servers to add just one more dish to your meal. Order up front and be happy. It's also a typical family-style banquet house, so as the crowds fill up, it will become quite loud with conversational chatter. All in all, a wonderful find parket outside of City Centre and nowhere near the Manchester Chinatown proper. There are two menus for dim sum. One is a tick box menu in Chinese only, the other is a laminated card that has English and Chinese, but is not as extensive as the Chinese only one. Just an FYI. Most of the standard stuff is in the English menu, but if you don't see it, make sure to ask because they probably do have it just isn't listed. Attentive and very helpful staff. This place is more than decent, it's great. I'd definitely come here more often if I didn't live in the so many hours away.

The menu is awesome, there are lots of small plates so you can sample a bunch of unique dishes. They even have starter with 9 different dishes to sample! There was one dish that I ordered all three visits, 1-14 homemade pork dumplings with sweet soy sauce and house special chili oil. These are a work of culinary art! 6 delicious dumplings seasoned with a dry powdered spicy blend and sesame seeds, floating in the soy and chili sauce. Just trust me here, you have to try them! I got 2 versions of a dish with their Szechuan peppers powder seasoning. 1-1 was with wavy potato chips (fries) and 1-5 was with crispy fried soft tofu squares. Both of these dishes were amazing but I would go with the tofu. The flavor and texture of the chili powder is something you have to experience for yourself. The burning noodles was another dish I ordered more than once and they are so good! The name "burning" would scare some folks off, but even with two chili peppers next to it on the menu, nothing I ate was too spicy, it was all just right. Having local canned micro beers available was the cherry on the pie for me. Good food and good beer makes me a happy guy! I went for the sweet & sour chicken with rice, though you can also have some form of combination with 1/2 rice 1/2 noodles 1/2 chips, which with a drink came to £5.50. Bargain! Everything was tasty and service was fairly efficient, though could maybe do with tightening up once the lunch rush really kicks in.
