I like this spot for Chinese take out. Good portions for the price. We like 6 or 7 different entree options so makes it easy to choose something for the family that we can agree on. We like the beef and mushroom along with the schezuan combos. Egg rolls are just okay. Wonton soup us solid. I won't let the fact that Dragon Village is conveniently less than 2 minutes from my house affect this review; it's all about the food! I haven't found a Chinese buffet worth visiting again, but as a dine-in/carry-out restaurant Dragon Village has quickly become a family favorite! The pork fried rice is always a winner, as well as the crab rangoon. My 6 year old even likes "the crispy things with meat inside" (wontons) ! Got the pu pu platter for the two of us to share this visit, which was more than enough and tried some of hubby's curry chicken. (I'll definitely try again!!) This is my favorite Chinese take-out! I have been enjoying their food since they opened. The owners are extremely friendly and they have made the most out of a simple store-front. My favorites are Kung pao chicken and General Tsos. Their shrimp egg rolls are a must also. read more

Have been looking for a Chinese restaurant since relocating to reynoldsburg. I love using yelp it has blessed me with moving to a new area searching for different places. The reviews for the place were the best that I saw and the pictures looked amazing so I took a stab. Drove 15min here left my debit card at home had to drive back then back. Down Side food wasn't ready when they said 10 min but it was gone for 25. Only reason lost a start. The food was amazing so much for the price and taste just like my go to back home. This is a mixed review. Like many Americans I evaluate a Chinese restaurant on their fried rice, lo mein and General Tso's chicken. First the good. Their lo mein is near top notch and the General Tso's chicken is very good with large chunks of chicken and a generous portion. Now the bad. Their fried rice is some of the worst I've ever had. I don't know if the rice is undercooked to begin with or they leave it to dry out completely, but the end result is very dry almost crunchy fried rice. Fried rice is a staple at Chinese restaurants and they miss the mark by a mile. Service is good and prices are average, I'm sorry to say it but the good doesn't outweigh the bad, This is not one of my go-to Chinese places. read more

We've been reading reviews by people who were "serious" about their Chinese food. Obviously after looking down at my belly, I knew I was serious this brisk Friday. 5 of 6 of us ordered either sesame chicken or general T. Our ratings ranged from 3.9 - 4.22. Very strong in my personal opinion. For the chicken and rice recipient, Dragon V received a 4 out of 5. Our team was pleased and we will likely consider this in the future. Fast, friendly and delicious! I go here every once in a while and order the General Tso's Tofu. Love it very much and love that it's great portions for a great price! The crab Rangoon is delicious and so are the ribs, teriyaki beef and chicken, the different types of fried rice, the lo mein, the sweet and sour pork and chicken are great! My favorite though is the service, they are prompt and very respectful and that goes a long way in my book! read more

Hsu and his wife have done an outstanding job with their Chiense cuisine. When we first tried their food, it was when they first opeened at the Columbia Road location. We moved away and struggled to find a Chinese restaurant which was comparable to Dragon Village. We struggled. Now that we've mmoved back, we have made our way back to Dragon Village on several occasions. We simply love the pork bbq ribs (appetizer) and I will get the Mongolian Beef or the General Tso chicken. My wife loves to order Chicken Chop Suey, the egg rolls and other chicken-based dishes. I have been dining at Dragon Village since it opened roughly 10 years. It has come to be my favorite chinese restaurant and believe me I have ate my share of chinese food in my lifetime. They have every type of chinese food that I know of. My favorite is the beef and broccoli and the shrimp fried rice, they are delicious. You can order on the phone and pick it up or just walk in and order. They usually don't take long but If you are going at lunch during the week, you might want to call ahead. They have a small dining room if you want to sit down and eat. It is only about 5 minutes from interstate 70 and route 310. If you love chinese like I do, you gotta come try it. read more

General Tso's is solid. Sweet and sour chicken great. We stopped in for a late lunch with my parents. Food was great all around and egg rolls were really good. Service was fast and very friendly. This is a nice stop on old 40 when you don't want to be on I-70. Will drop in again if we are close and hungry. Rice served with combination plates is pork fried rice and it was great. We arrived at the restaurant after a play at Denison University on a Saturday night. This is one of the few restaurants open until late. We arrived at 9:40. We ordered immediately and the food arrived fast and was delicious. I was surprised we were the only people in the restaurant in a college town on Saturday night. I soon think I figured out why. We were asked early if we wanted carry out boxes and the waiter took our money as he brought the boxes. We were finishing up and eating our fortune cookies when the waiter said "You have to leave we have to close now". The door said they close at 10:30. It was 10:18 and we were done eating...and finishing our cookies. Very confusing. We won't make the mistake of dining there again after 9 pm. Or maybe ever. read more

Their lunch ($5-7) and dinner menus ($7-9) were very competitively priced for what you get. Tried the crab rangoon appetizer and got 8 pieces for $5, pretty fair price. Main difference on price is the dinner has slightly larger portions and it comes with a egg roll. Overall I would recommend and I'll be back in the future. read more
