Rude, uncooperative, unprofessional. That is the only way I can describe my dealings with this…read morecompany. After initially booking them for wedding videography I was forced to cancel due to a constricted budget. MY cancelation request came about a month after I initially booked and was WELL OVER 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE WEDDING. Clearly enough time to seek other work. After initially reaching out, I received no response from them for weeks. It took several emails and almost a month before I was able to make contact with anyone. If I hadn't already wanted to cancel this would have been enough to make me do so. At the time of booking I had specifically inquired if I needed to fill out any paperwork, and I was told that no, I did not, and as the wedding got closer we would meet and fill out all the necessary paperwork. This paperwork I asked about is presumably where their "non-refundable deposit policy" that I was told about when I was finally able to reach them. I informed them that I had signed nothing to agree to that policy and I asked they simply return my deposit. I was told that EVEN IF THEY REBOOKED MY DAY I WOULD ONLY RECEIVE HALF MY DEPOSIT! I like to work for a living, not take money I haven't earned, but apparently they don't feel the same way. Finally, they agreed that if they rebooked the day they would return my deposit. All of this happened in February and March of 2016. In July I began inquiring if they had rebooked, and again waited WEEKS to get any response, although I have received no response to my most recent inquiry sent almost a month ago. I will be telling everyone I know, every wedding vendor I work with, and any poor soul who mistakenly asks, to never even consider working with this company. Period.
