He promotes a sense of team environment in the class so you feel included like everyone is working towards their goals together. I liked this because at my last kickboxing studio in new city that closed down I felt like I didn't know anyone and we didn't take the time to get to know people in the class. Now I feel more motivated to go to the classes because of the friends I have made. In terms of the workout...it's definitely intense but I loved it because I'm looking for something challenging that will burn a lot of calories. In the beginning I felt like I needed to take breaks but as I got stronger I could go through the whole class without one. I also like the fact that the workout plans switch weekly so it never gets boring. Overall very impressed. I suggest going for the free trial class to see for yourself!

Once you sign up for a year, you are bound by the contract for an entire year. If your kid decides after two months that TaeKwonDo is not for them, too bad! You owe for an entire year. I never heard of such a thing. A one year contract is way too long. The costs are very expensive. I do not like the way this company does business.

We both have martial arts background and would never allow any of our kids attend a martial arts school that does not meet our standards. The karate teacher, Shihan of the school is excellent. He knows his stuff and is awesome with kids. He teaches the kids about confidence, responsibility, facing your fears, respect, etc. He teaches the kids by playing games with them that makes them learn the techniques and keeps them entertained for the entire class. My son loves the class. You can tell that Shihan and his son Joshu teach because they are passionate and love the art. If you are searching for an excellent karate teacher this is the place to go.
