I had a consultation with Jennifer a month ago for my family law matter. It was decided based off my consultation that retaining her at the moment would not be beneficial. I don't know about the other reviews, but Jennifer was very supportive, compassionate, and helpful. She spent almost an hour with me where most consultations are only 15 minutes with other family law attorneys. I almost didn't speak with her because of the poor reviews. For the entire year and a half that she represented me, she completely ignored my case. She refused to address the tax fraud my ex committed during the separation and failed to use the critical evidence that would have supported my claims. When I pointed out that she did, in fact, have this evidence, she neither acknowledged her mistake nor apologized or attempted to correct it. She made no effort to obtain proper discovery or documentation from my ex's attorney. Despite knowing I am fully disabled, she left me and my dogs homeless for nine months, claiming it "wasn't worth the time" to request emergency support. During that time, I often went hungry and lacked access to basic necessities like a place to shower. I pleaded with her for help numerous times, but my cries were ignored. Meanwhile, she had already been paid and was away on vacation. The ongoing stress she allowed my ex and his attorney to inflict on me led to serious heart-related medical episodes, including multiple episodes where I was taken from the courthouse to the ER by ambulance--and still, she took no action. I was left with no income aside from $900 in disability benefits, while my ex earns over $10,000 a month. When I told her I didn't understand what was happening--due to cognitive issues related to my disability--instead of helping me understand, she threatened to quit. She told me that I, along with my daughter, would have to find and pay for another attorney, despite knowing I was already homeless, disabled, and broke. She pressured me into signing an agreement I was adamantly against, triggering a medical episode. I suffered repeated blackouts due to the stress she allowed to continue unchecked--stress caused by my ex's lies, legal manipulation, and abuse. She never once raised these concerns with the judge. She even failed to act when her negligence led to my service dog being attacked by my ex's dog, leaving her untrainable as a psychiatric support animal. Once again, she did nothing. I would strongly advise against hiring her if you're looking for a fair and ethical attorney. I have since filed a formal complaint with the Bar Association for multiple ethics violations. It saddens me to say this, but I did not pay her to do nothing. While I may not be an easy client due to my mobility and psychiatric disabilities, she was fully aware of my condition--making it all the more disappointing that she exploited my trust. read more

This woman is a scam she takes your money and do absolutely nothing, beware she will take your money and leave you standing in court by yourself with no representation. I didn't listen to the previous reviews , when they stated the exact same thing, I learned my lesson, people, beware, do not go to this attorneys office you would end up with nothing. read more

Jennifer Draheim is mind numbing. The least knowledgeable attorney I've spoken to. I hate to say it but the only description I can come up with trailer park. The purpose of wasting my 30 sec to write this review is to caution others - the reviews below may be from friends. This woman should not market herself as someone who is a professional in the field of law. But, during the 15 min consult, she does a really good job feigning it. She can do it for 15 min. I had a good experience with this office. When I first called, Bonnie the assistant, was kind, patient and caring towards me. I didn't feel rushed and she gave me lots of information. I was able to have a free 15 minute phone session with Jennifer Draheim as suggested by Bonnie. She too was patient, informative and kind. I can only give this office the highest rating. this was a terrible lawyer she was rude and unprofessional. the whole office was a joke the people in that office dressed way to casual, i even saw one person wearing a drink more beer t shirt. The receptionist never had the attorney return my calls and told me they would call me back that day, and when i called back she would tell me they left the office after i said you told me they would call me back, she replied too bad they left. wow. I had a custody case with her and asked her to subpoena some medical records that were very important to the case witch she fought me on doing. when i finally got her to do it and told her i want them to go through this is what I'm paying for, i expected it to be done. i finally got a hold of her and asked her about them to find out the other party quashed them. she told me that was the gamble i took when i paid her and then had the nerve to ask me for another 1500 when she didn't do what i asked with the last 1500. my money truly went down the drain with her and so did my time. read more

Jennifer has been assisting me with my divorce, child custody and QDRO. She is a very good listener and very patient. She does not rush things and really listens. She has been very prompt in calling me back and has made remarkable progress in dealing with my ex spouse who is impossible to deal with. I highly recommend Jennifer.
