I should have known better when the responding tech took less than 5 minutes to mutter, "This heater is bad. This is not a good brand," despite my previous heater being only 4 years old. I contacted Coleman's A/C Heating & Appliance Repair seeking a professional who would listen carefully to the issues I'm describing and offer sound advice/solutions on how to proceed. I expected to hear back from Coleman's within a day or two. But my inquiry was responded to quickly. The technician was friendly, listened, and we discussed what could be done to get my hot water going again. It was suggested I contact the company that performed the install since I'm still under warranty. But it was such a negative experience with an inattentive, apathetic tech that I'd rather cut my losses and allow Coleman's to care for my unit. I will follow Coleman's advice. But at the first sign of indifference or rudeness by that other company, I'll call Coleman's out to fix my heater.

I was told yesterday by Mike the Manager that since they hired a sub contractor it was not there problem. He said it was the sub contractors fault. I could contact him myself to clean it up. I had two repair visits from this company in one week. the first visit was for a plumber - a…read moreleaking faucet and to replace a drain stopper sink. I was told it would be $1500 to replace the faucet and so I said don't even continue with the drain stopper because that sounds outrageous. So I service call I already had forebodings with regard to the air conditioner service call, but I allowed the air conditioner repair person to come out. He went ran out of the house and back in with a picture telling me that the power box was broken. He couldn't get any power to the unit and I was like oh so that's the problem. I mean, can you believe these people charged me $700 The power box. I it should work now and then he came back and he said oh she's really stupid. so let me tell her that it needs a new breaker and then he went out there and he put a breaker in and I said OK. Well, how do you know that it's cooling so then he had to go back out there and tell me that there was no refrigerant in the unit and he would have to charge me for that. now you would think that if somebody had paid you $1100 for stuff that you know was not broken anyway it was all a lie thst you would not continue to gouge them. right? can you believe that he had the nerve to open up his mouth and tell me that he would charge me for the Freon. when I called them, I told them that it was not cooling not that it was not coming on, but I should've know this guy was a crook from the guy the day before so I don't know what kind of business Dent is, but they're not a good business and then they send you this phony link to Google where you leave a survey that nobody ever sees and then they come on and do some kind of pro-forma response - Oh we're sorry to hear about that but nobody calls you. Nobody tries to correct it. Nobody does anything so that's bullshit too. I Am leaving this review here and I want people to know do not use this company. They are not reputable. There is no upfront pricing. They will gouge you until you have no blood left. I am so sick of these kind of repair man in Mississippi. it is so disgusting. Are there any honest people out there?
