I knew that it's wasn't going to happen until Tuesday because of the holiday . Bright and early Tuesday morning I spoke to these folks and the Quickest they could come was Thursday morning ( ugh ) . They offered to call American Home Shield and have them Re-dispatch the call . They could have just made me wait BUT they chose to lose the service call money ( 75.00) and the price of a water heater and labor as well . They quit carrying that particular brand due since they were having similar problems and couldn't get replacement parts for that brand. The manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty.
