Misho was quick to respond to any questions I had before the service appointment. He arrived within the scheduled 1h timeframe, and gave advanced notice of exact arrival ETA before he left the service call before mine. He kept me very well updated so I knew exactly when he'll arrive at my door. When he arrived he was extremely courteous and went to work immediately. He had another person with him that was learning the trade. They worked quietly and didn't disturb me while I had a meeting. The toilet replacement was done perfectly, they discovered my previous toilet was leaking which rusted the fixtures and they addressed it. The bidet seat was installed well with everything hooked up. They went the extra mile by using their own wax ring/mounting hardware that were better than the ones that came with the toilet. They tidied up the hoses and tucked everything away so it looks professional, caulked around the base of the toilet, and even adjusted the fill level of the water tank. The work area was cleaned after they were done. The old toilet was put into a box and onto my hand truck along with all of the garbage packed into a bag since I offered to dispose of the toilet/garbage myself. Misho was very nice and went through everything he did, plus making sure that I knew bidet seats were structurally weaker than a normal toilet seat. He came to my house after the parts arrived, and found out the handles needed to be replaced as well. He then contacted his friend to locate the parts and had to come back again. He did not charge us for the first visit at all. When new parts arrived, he came back the same day and replaced the cartridges and handles. The old parts were worn out and he had to do a lot of work to cut them off. In the end he only charged me the original quote even when he had to make two visits and had to do a lot of work in doing the replacement. Misho was professional, polite, personable and trustworthy. I was very pleased with his service. I highly recommend him for plumbing work.

You, the customer, are required to pay $800 out of your own pocket for the audit. PSMS says they will reimburse you $600 of that (lies). Given his stellar 5-star reviews we felt comfortable hiring F1. His quote was reasonable and though he wasn't available to come immediately, only a few days later. We originally agreed for him to visit on Friday but somehow he or his bro made a mistake and visited on Thursday, when no one was home at that time he came. He did come back on Friday at our scheduled time and fix the issue with the electric power snake. I wasn't present when he did it but someone else was in my place. He also didn't send a follow up text to tell me it's fixed, diagnoses, photos or how to prevent it. But at the same time, he's also patient and didn't ask me to pay until I prompted him several hours later asking about the status of the job. I suppose he's a busy man! Communication could be better, just keep in mind you may have to prompt him again to get your receipt later. What's important is that it's fixed and working properly.

He offered fast, friendly, and affordable service! Some things I learned: I noticed he didn't caulk the new toilet and after asking, he advised that high rise don't allow that in the gta. He also advised that the kitchen sink was incorrectly installed by the former condo owner. He did a great job replacing it and removing as much of the incorrect caulk/glue as he could. We had to get rid of the old toilet ourselves but I think that's built into the cost since I was quoted at least $40 more by other plumbers who offered that service. Overall, I recommend Daniel's plumbing services. The sink and toilet are still working great.
