They sent someone out and told me I didn't need to stay home, as the plumber could handle the job independently. Big mistake. I came home to an utter disaster. My brand new floors had marks, the bathroom looked like a war zone, and to top it all off -- they used my son's school uniform from the laundry basket to wipe up gunk from the floor. They even used one of my face towels to clean the mess. As a caregiver and mother, I had to clean up their filthy work late at night and try to salvage my son's uniform for school the next morning. When I called to complain, the owner, Jason, had the nerve to tell me, "At least it was the shower and not the toilet," and "At least the uniform didn't have fecal matter." That's their standard of professionalism? They threw me a $200 credit as if that would fix the sheer disrespect and unprofessional behavior. No integrity. No accountability. No care for customers.

No rebate was deposited, the lie and scam continues. Added a photo of the email thread. Reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and filed an official complaint! Now I get an email suggesting I need an audit...do I or don't I...this place, I swear. So, here is the deal on the audit. You, the customer, are required to pay $800 out of your own pocket for the audit. PSMS says they will reimburse you $600 of that (lies). So, if your rebate is supposed to be $4,900, as mine is supposed to be...the actual rebate turns out to be $4,700 (lose $200 on the audit). I repeatedly remove this review in good faith that this company will resolve my issues as they keep promising. I am a man of my word and have delivered twice in removing the poor review, yet this company does not respect their word. I am done, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! They lie and make empty promises or constantly change the narrative!! Not removing this post or being pressured to until there is a viable solution! I thought the work was too much for one person to handle but Dwight continued slugging away for 13 hours and finished the work. The stones we had put on our front stairs were failing after 15 years and there were a number of bricks starting to break down on our over 40 years old house. Since we are a corner lot our home is exposed on 3 sides and a lot of snow, ice and rain damage occurs. I was very impressed by this very personable young man and the work ethics and diligence he showed. His professional attitude towards the work and his constant double checking the alignment of the stairs and bricks with levels assured me everything was being done of the highest quality.
