Kelly Stackhouse was presented a rather sensitive situation when selling my parents home. I…read moreunderstand how difficult it must be dealing with family situations that aren't always positive in nature. That being said, there is no excuse to share sensitive information with certain individuals after being told not to repeatedly. Kelly did this and compromised my parents financial confidentiality. Kelly also threatened to hire someone to go inside my parents home and throw away their belongings because she felt things weren't being moved out in a timely manner. It was in her opinion that my parents belongings needed to be thrown in a dumpster anyway. I'm thankful she didn't do this as one of the things still left in the home was my mothers family bible and other heirlooms that belonged to my great grandmother. I asked Kelly to call me regarding the breech of confidentiality and her response was a one line text..." I am out of it at this point". She led certain individuals at the title company to believe it was okay to discuss sensitive matters with the individual she was told NOT TO SPEAK TO REGARDING SUCH MATTERS. I hope Kelly realizes her lack of professionalism has left a trail of mistrust and disappointment in her wake.
