Tickets: You purchase tickets right in front and walk though the shop to the castle. There are guided tour or self guided with pamphlets in multiple languages. We got there as soon as the opened and walk a little ahead of a british school field trip. (Honestly i should have followed them or gone the same direction but I wanted to feel like i was the only one there) The experience: I did the unguided tour and explored the grounds. I do recommend trying get there early as some pathways are narrow and once crowded you can't get by. Especially the staircase that shows different rooms in a tower.
