I was appalled at her tone. I asked to speak with the manager and was shocked to hear she was the manger/proprietor. It would be a shame to lose such a useful service to the local community but some people are not cut out for customer-facing roles. This perosn is one of them. I will now go out of my way to go to the Castle Mall and I will never go in there again.
