His knowledge of automobile coverage/law is severely deficient and I couldn't even finish a sentence without him interrupting me on the phone. Not to mention he insinuated to my mother that I would "threaten her" for use of her vehicle. Keep in mind that my mother is 70+ years old suffering from dementia, and is easily impressionable. Avoid this fear-mongering lawyer at all costs!
