For the parents who are looking for quality care for your children, this is not the place. I…read morerecently moved to the area and needed care for my child and this place is nearby and has enough good reviews so I gave it a try. First off, this daycare center is run by an Indian owner so most staff members are either older Indians or Filipinos who are not qualified categivers but more so just people who need paying jobs and can't get them elsewhere. Secondly, communication can be challenging at times since they would tell me something and it would take awhile or some guessing to know what they actually need. Imagine having these people trying to communicate to your children at the age where they're trying to absorb as much language skills and other social skills as possible. The communication issues happen at the top as well since the So-called Director of the center has only passable level of English. Communication issues aside; what bothered me most was the level of inexperience of the staff members, not to mention the high turnover rate of staff members. Within 6 months of having my child under their care, I would get random calls during the day to have me pick up my child early for various reasons, such as "he's not eating, he has runny nose; he has a fever, etc." so be ready to leave work early whenever they call. The thing that is most irritating is most of the time when I had to pick up my kid early, he was perfectly fine and not anywhere near the level where he needed to go home early. This just goes to show how inexperienced the staff are and they'd rather send a kid home than actually do their job and take care of the kids since they don't know how. Several times when I pick up my kid from school, the staff would realize that they forgot to feed my kid milk that was packed in his backpack so they would just give him milk at pickup, which is around 5pm so my kid did not have anything to eat since lunchtime. These are just some of the long list of issues at this center. Don't make the same mistake I made and look elsewhere for the well being of your children

They have clear communication on everything that's going on with the center (events, day to day activities, health checks, center closures) and you're given notice well in advance. Payment, check in/out, and communication are all done through Brightwheel (an app) and it's such a smooth process. Even though it's a bit modern, my in-laws (that are a bit older and have a harder time with technology) are still able use the app to pick up my daughter and enjoy the occasional pictures and videos that are sent through there. My daughter doesn't really take to strangers well. She did have an adjustment period but has soon blossomed in the infant classroom and loves her teachers. The teachers are caring and informative and we are so pleased with the kind of care they provide our daughter. And we know she's not the easiest baby. They have been able to help our child make huge progress with nap time and even with playing with other kids. I truly feel her personality has blossomed due to the work the infant room teachers put into our daughter. She always comes home happy from the day. The infant room itself (as well as the other rooms we toured in the facility) are also clean and does not have a smell. We toured other facilities where the smell was so strong it stayed with me the rest of the day and was actually one of the deciding factors in choosing CCs. My daughter also has an egg and milk allergy. They assigned high chair specifically for her and are always on the look out for any reactions from food. She recently outgrew her milk allergy but not the egg. During the recent mother's day Muffins with Mom's event, they provided a special vegan muffin for her so she can enjoy the event with me. The teacher running the event wasn't my daughter's regular teacher, but she recognized my daughter anyway and knew to offer me the vegan muffin. I was so touched by this gesture. We haven't had experience with the older classrooms, but have toured them and are rest assured my daughter will grow up well cared for and well educated here at CCs. We are excited for her to learn and grow here. We are so pleased with our experience that we've already reserved our spot for our next baby due in a few months. We highly recommend this daycare center and will recommend it to anyone look for care in the area.

That kind of comfort doesn't happen by accident, it comes from teachers who genuinely care. Both of them have been incredible about listening to us as parents. Any question or concern we brought up was met with patience and real attention, never dismissed. They took the time to understand our daughter as an individual, and it showed in how she grew more confident, more curious, and more herself by the day. Ms. Amy and Ms. Tabitha, the directors, have also been wonderful. Thay are always welcoming, always making us feel like part of the community from the moment we walked in. We feel so fortunate that our daughter had teachers who didn't just look after her, but genuinely helped shape who she's becoming. This place will always stay close to our hearts. Thank you for everything.

His socialization skills have improved immensely and his intellectual capacity has grown exponentially. I'm always amazed by what he knows or has learned. Their tuition is very reasonable. Their teachers are honestly the best there is and they love the kids so much. Quality Montessori education in a loving environment. Edit: I don't understand the negative review below mine. I'm actually offended that this person even attacked Ms. Tabitha or Ms. Amy's character. They are nothing but the kindest and caring humans I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I reiterate: My husband and I could not be happier with our experience at this Montessori daycare. From the moment we walked in, we felt warmth, calm, and genuine care. The classrooms are beautifully prepared, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to encourage independence and curiosity. The teachers are beyond amazing -- patient, attentive, and deeply respectful of each child as an individual. They truly embody the Montessori philosophy, guiding rather than directing, and nurturing confidence, focus, and a love of learning. It has been incredible to watch our child grow in independence, communication skills, and self-esteem in such a short time. We especially appreciate how the program fosters practical life skills, kindness, and problem-solving. Our child comes home excited to share what they learned and proudly demonstrates new skills every week. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and included. The sense of community here is something special -- it feels like an extension of our family. If you're looking for a nurturing, enriching, and joyful environment where your child will truly thrive, this Montessori daycare is an absolute gem. We are so grateful we found it! You won't be disappointed nor regret your decision in having your child learn here. We're even going to put our daughter in once their infant room is up and running!

I initially brushed it off, but over time he continued coming home with scratches, bruises, and marks on his body on a regular basis. Each time I asked about them, staff were unable to explain how they happened. As a parent, that was extremely concerning. I repeatedly brought my concerns to the staff and administration, but I often felt dismissed. I also asked Jennifer if I could review the camera footage, but I was told recordings were only kept for 24 hours and had already been deleted. Another concern was the lack of communication. When picking up my son, staff rarely provided updates about his day and often seemed rushed or unwilling to discuss concerns. Instead of feeling welcomed and reassured, I frequently felt uncomfortable and unheard. My experience left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that staff were more focused on defending one another than addressing legitimate questions about my child's safety. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this daycare for infants or children who are not yet able to communicate what happens during the day.

From the very beginning, Eagles Nest has been a loving, nurturing, and professional environment where children are genuinely cared for and celebrated. The staff is highly educated, experienced, and deeply committed to each child's growth -- academically, socially, and emotionally. Their dedication shows in everything they do. Our daughter has flourished here. She is happy, confident, and excited to go to school each day. She has built meaningful friendships and formed beautiful bonds with her teachers, who have shown her patience, encouragement, and kindness every step of the way. The curriculum is thoughtful and engaging, and the special events they incorporate throughout the year truly make families feel involved and connected. What stands out most is the heart of this school. The teachers and administrators are willing to work closely with families, offering support and guidance through behavioral challenges or learning struggles with compassion and professionalism. They truly partner with parents, and that makes all the difference. As we approach her final year at Eagles Nest, we already feel emotional knowing she will soon be moving on. This school has been such a special and foundational part of her early childhood, and we are so grateful for the love and care they have poured into her over these years. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend Eagles Nest Preschool to any family looking for a warm, structured, and supportive place for their child to grow and thrive. Thank you, Eagles Nest, for helping shape our daughter's early years in the most beautiful way.
