I stumbled across this website whilst looking for a particular kitchen company that is in Godalming…read moreto arrange a visit to their showroom because I am looking at changing my kitchen and bathroom. I then realised that this company isnt Godalming Kitchens who I was originally looking for! Unfortunately it is a shame that they have no showroom to visit and only photos which in my opinion isnt very good when you are trying to see kitchens in the flesh. They also have some very strange links on the website like wedding companies and beauty salons? Overall a shame really as there are some great companies where you can go along and see the kitchens and appliances in situe to give you a much better idea about things. Dont be fooled that this company is the local well known Godalming Kitchens because it isnt.

Several weeks went by, no contact, so we phoned and were fobbed off with "we'll call you back" each time we rang. We never heard from them again. Complete waste of time.

We went into Mostly Bathrooms, we had a visit from their surveyor, Simon, we ordered…read morea nice bathroom, it was a good price, a nice plumber, Kevin, arrived on time, pulled out our old bathroom and replaced it with the new one. All perfectly done! I am still reeling from shock, that in a country where incompetent cowboys rule most of the trades, especially in the areas of kitchen and bathroom fitting, that our bathroom was ordered and installed without a hitch. No whinging, moaning, incompetence, damage, fuss, excuses, mess and all the other stuff you get when dare have some work done! Sound, professional work, a rarity in the UK. If Mostly Bathrooms start doing kitchens, we'll be banging on their doors to be their first customers!

If you want quick service from the cafe - don't bother. Only about 10 people in the cafe (plus 4-5…read morestaff), ordered 2 drinks and 2 cheese toasties (apparently only hot food available at 12:45), collected drinks then awaited food. After waiting about 15 minutes, went to counter - they apologised and said would be with us soon. But after further 15 minutes still no toasties so chased again. At this time offered free drink/reimbursement for delays and told food would be ready within 5 minutes. But after 40 minutes waiting still no food for us but another customer who came in about 15 minutes after us (nd also ordered a cheese toastie) given to next door table, so went to counter to query ours ... told they couldn't find us (by now only 7 customers in cafe and no one came out to ask if we were waiting order). Wanted to complain, but no manager available (apparently all in a meeting), eventually got someone to talk to us and got given phone number as we were running late and couldn't wait any longer for food or manager to discuss issue. Phoned number provided and told they could only pass the complaint to the store and should expect a callback with 24 hours. After 48 hours we still await phone call.

Really high class quality stock and will give BHS a run for their money in the Park across the road. Mind you.nothing's cheap here, (or rather inexpensive}. On my lunchtime visit today there was far more staff than customers! As usual, my wife finds something, Oh isn't that pretty..dig deep again!! Parking excellent.
