We used Dream Limousine for our wedding day transportation and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We chose the Coach 17 party bus, which seats up to 30 passengers. With our large wedding party, plus 3 photographers and 2 videographers I was worried, but we just fit--and it worked out perfectly! The bus arrived at our hotel exactly on schedule, and it was incredibly easy to find. We were able to bring anything we needed--drinks, food, bags, and personal items--knowing the driver would stay with the bus while we had our ceremony and traveled around the city for photos. The lighting and music were fully adjustable, which made the ride such a fun and memorable part of the day. After our ceremony, we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne (which was so good!) along with cups and napkins. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the moment feel extra celebratory. Our driver was absolutely incredible--professional, friendly, patient, and so helpful with anything we needed. While we were celebrating on the bus, he was working closely with our photo and video team to find the best places to park around downtown Detroit. He communicated clearly and kindly the entire day. He genuinely cared about our experience--congratulating us when we met, after our ceremony, and getting off the bus for the last time. About a week before the wedding, we received a call confirming all details and logistics, which gave us so much peace of mind. On the day of, everything went exactly as discussed. When we finished our final drop-off, the driver assured us he would take care of any remaining trash so we could simply enjoy our night. Never pass up on your party bus opportunity for your wedding. It's your time to take a break after the ceremony and enjoy your time together and with your bridal party, with some beverages on the way! We ran into this company at the Novi Bridal Expo. I'm not sure how many of each type of bus they have (in total it looks like they have 14 different buses and they also have some limos too), but they said that their vehicles book up pretty quickly and pretty far out in advance. So we made sure we booked relatively soon after we spoke to the representative. Sure enough, about a week after the expo, we made our booking and there were only two buses left for our initial date. One was too small and one was just right. It was $200 up front towards a $950 price tag in total. Fairly reasonable because at the time, we were looking to go to multiple destinations to take photos. Con: That summer, we decided to move our wedding to the following year. Dream Limousine was very understanding with the circumstances and moved our booking to our new wedding date. As we got closer to our wedding date, we also had to move to a different venue. This part was somewhat of a challenge, because getting a hold of them and explaining the new schedule was difficult and we seemed to be communicating through sticky notes left by the secretary to the manager. He made a bit of a big deal about picking us at a different time, when it was only an hour difference from what we previously had. It also ended up being easier for the river because we simply wanted to get driven around, we didn't need to stop at destinations for photos anymore either. Pro: The bus was very comfortable and worth the money. Everyone had a comfortable seat and easy access to the beverage we brought. We had room for the coolers and could also use the built in coolers in between the rows. There are ample amounts of cup holders as well throughout all of the seats. No bathroom on our model that we rode one, but that was okay. The sound system was really great too for us to jam out on our brief adventure on the roads. So our driver Altin was so courteous and amazing from the first pick up to our drop off that night downtown smiling for the entire 11 hours he made himself available. (We think he was smiling anyway, he kept his mask on. ) The car arrived spotless, shined up and ready to turn heads... and boy did it!! Altin was consistently on top of where he needed to be next and when. (My ladies used him and then the guys so he was bouncing around a good bit.) The driver that we had was wonderful and extremely accommodating. The only item that I didn't like was at the end. I gave the driver what I thought was a generous tip for his service but to my lack of knowledge that wasn't the standard for limo drivers and he wanted more. To me, it's an overall society entitlement with tipping. Tipping is no longer an appreciated gift today but rather an expectation. I personally don't return or recommend places that do that. If only there was a way to leave 0 stars... I'm not exactly sure where to begin with this review. We called Dream Limousines to order a "stretched limo" several weeks ago and had a conversation with Matt. I hadn't been in a limo since prom (or reserved a limo ever) but when we requested a "stretched limo" we were expecting some sort of very long sedan or SUV like a traditional limousine. The evening we needed the limo - which was for my grandfather's 90th Birthday Party downtown at the London Chop House, a large white shuttle bus pulled up outside of his home. My dad walked over to the driver to verify that he wasn't here for a 90th birthday and surprise, he was our driver - and he brought their most glorious shuttle bus! "Look it's a Mercedes" the driver told us. Before my (very old) grandfather came outside, we tried to talk to the driver and have him request a normal limousine rather than a shuttle bus that required a 90 year old man to slowly clime up into the side of a van. It was brutal and the driver didn't offer any help - or provide any sort of assistance. I'm not even going to talk about the inside of the shuttle bus. Where things REALLY went off the rails was after we got to the restaurant and the driver followed our family inside to demand payment for the entire evening "or else I won't be driving you home" WHAT!? What professional driver leaves the vehicle to come to a private (family) party and ask for money immediately. It was so bizarre and unprofessional. I'm just glad it wasn't a wedding! At that point, we told the driver to leave and that we'd uber home or figure out alternate transportation. Dream Limousines should probably consider changing their name to nightmare shuttles. But don't take my word for it, sort the reviews by date rather than default. read more

My husband went to pay in person and they gave him a tour of the bus we rented along with a couple others. Our driver, Mike, was fantastic. Mike was our chauffeur and he was awesome! He called me the day of our event to introduce himself and make sure I had his number. It was the most reasonably priced in the area. I planned a 30th birthday party and went to their showroom to look at a 20 person bus before committing. I, along with all of my party, were seriously impressed by the service as well as the cleanliness and sheer awesomeness of the bus! If I am ever in the market to rent another, I won't even shop around. Some details: I was able to connect to Bluetooth to play my playlist nice and loud. I actually booked it for my wife and all the women involved on our wedding day to get them to and from the salon and to the venue. My wife, inlaws, and family all raved about the level of service Larry provided. Without prompt, Larry actually called me after the first drop off to confirm everything was going perfect. He offered to come pickup the groomsmen and myself to go get drinks...I asked him to simply take care of the women and I'll be happy ... from what I am told, he did exactly that. Rented a 10 person Chrysler 300 for my wedding last week. Ken was our driver. The most caring man I have met that knew how to do his job but make it memorable and not seem like a job. He showed up on time, limo was spotless, waited on us patiently, helping us in and out of the limo and opening doors. We even added a stop to our route and he was more than happy to help out. Hosted a huge Team Building event at work and booked two of their coach buses for 30 people in each. The bus that I was on happened to leak during our commute (it was raining) and it wasn't just a few drops. It was pouring all over my employee's and they were soaked. They had to continue on with our day with wet clothing. Being able to board the buses at their showroom to really see what you will be getting the day of was so convenient, and their prices can't be beat. I called Dream VIP Limousines to book for a upcoming wedding . I had the worst customer service rep. When i was asking about how many people certain types of vehicles held he was extremely rude . He told me "you know you can just look up all these questions on our website " I then informed him that my computer skills were not that up to par . He then put me on hold very abruptly . If this is how rudely they treat their potential clients over the phone i wonder how they would be on the day of the event??? Needless to say i will not be giving them any of my business . My Experience With Dream Limousine: Good morning Matt, I was excited to call you to reserve prom transportation yesterday, only to be intercepted and rudely insulted by Ryan. I was told that I needed to change my date and time because it interfered with his weddings and their time slot. I did not feel like a valued customer at all. He made me feel as if I was an irritating problem. I explained that I had no control over the date or time of prom. I started to analyze the entire conversation to be sure I had not said anything that would have caused his negative communication towards me. They only thing I could find was that Ryan had discovered he was speaking with a woman of color. I remained very professional as I too work with the public. I recognized his perception of me through his tone and his choice of select words, I simply agreed with him and proceeded to end the call respectfully, but not before Ryan telling me that he could put me in a vehicle that I had no interest in for a price double the amount I was quoted on 10/18/19. Yes, I contacted you all way back in October only to receive this negative reply today. My issue is that he did not have to make excuses or insult my intelligence just to say he did not want to service me. I am perfectly ok with honesty, and even better with spending my money with those who value me as a person and not a color. read more

We had a 20 person bus for a bachelorette party and it was super clean and beautiful inside. Bluetooth connection for music and Joe makes sure you are able to connect your phone before he gets going. He made sure everyone had his number in case we needed him. He was super courteous and helped every lady off/ on the bus. Bus was stocked with ice and cups which was not expected but def came in handy. I was called an hour and a half before my party bus was supposed to be at my house and told that the bus I ordered was not working. They offered to either pick me up with the broken bus (no ac or electricity) or transfer me to another company with a shuttle bus...no discount was offered for either of these options so I told them "no"; they proceeded to pressure be telling me that I needed to make a decision in 20 min and if I called over companies I wouldn't find anything. Luckily, I ended up booking a shuttle last min from another company for a lower price. I wish I had gone with my gut when I booked because they were rude and added an additional mileage fee after quoting me without it before. Overall I will NEVER use this company again. I've used Dream several times now for party buses for different occasions...most recently for a bachelorette party with 20+ women. It was a rainy evening but our driver Gio was so nice running back and forth with an umbrella escorting us to the door. He went above and beyond.
