So anyways Triple A sent us a tow truck and driver from Steven's Towing. He wasn't really a talker that much, but I believe he was more focused on helping us get into that vehicle to reunite us with our dogs. And to get us back into the Vehicle of course. So anyways since my wife's car has a newer vehicle with better security around the door frames(the trims), he wasn't able to get in, he said he didn't want to ruin the vehicle with the tools that he had, which is totally fine and reasonable. So anyways he tried, couldn't do it but he tried his best which counts. So then triple A sent another locksmith out to our location at the rest stop, which that 2nd company was called: Eastern Locksmith. And that locksmith had old school tools which he got into the vehicle which I was super surprised, but hey Steven's Towing did a fabulous job too!! When you call the salesman rarely returns calls he prefers to res thru email. Once order was placed it was filled correctly. I asked for a few replacements not the entire order and it took over a month thru constant reaching out to salesman. Salesman never returns calls or emails. Never had any problems with the company orders until now. I usually don't like to do reviews. But this was a long drawn out experience and they do such good work that I hate to stop doing business with them. I hope that they do better communication in the future. This store also does free delivery and set-up without exclusions (unlike Furniture Fair) And to MILITARY FAMILIES- They don't charge tax! (I know because I'm a military spouse) To anyone who is unsure, please go check this place out. It might be misleading because of the small display room, but there are more options in catalogs that they have and the people are very fair to work with which can be hard to find with salespeople. It was hard for me to be in a new place and have to find all the things a home needs and the stress of spending so much money, but I felt good leaving this store because I saved money that I would've wasted elsewhere on the same products. I wrote this review because this store is doing real customer service and I want that encouraged and for someone maybe in the same boat as me to be treated fairly.
